The Crazy Cajun has been a staple in Port Aransas for 30 years serving up classic Cajun-style cuisine, boiled and seasoned crawfish. This laidback spot serves up its Cajun cuisine on butcher paper with corn, potatoes, crab, smoked sausage, shrimp, and crawfish when it's in season. Other menu items include shrimp remoulade, baby back ribs, gumbo, jambalaya, creole, and etouffe.
